New Performing Arts Building

BHP was commissioned for the new Performing Arts Building to be sited adjacent to the existing Shirley Court Building to the east of the school site.

The siting of the larger volume element of the new building to the rear of Shirley Court reduced the visual impact of the new building from the schools 'central green'.

The flexibility of the space created by the new Performing Arts Building provides dance, drama, music and greater space for teaching, learning and performance. The new facility also benefits the community partners who link with the school in its role as a Specialist Music College.
